On-The-Day Wedding Coordination Package (1month before the wedding)
We will set a meeting with you to go through the entire wedding day from the time you start getting ready, until the end of the wedding program. This will at least take an hour to sit down and discuss the details of the program, the suppliers you have chosen and what they will be in charge of. We will polish everything that you have done and also suggest creative crafts and accents that would best fit your theme and budget.
We make the final arrangements with the suppliers (based on the contract you have signed with them), make programs and brief all your suppliers for a smooth flow of the ceremony & reception program.
We will be with you from the very beginning up to the end to follow through and work hand in hand with your suppliers for the perfectly planned wedding.

Full Coordination Package (6-12 months)
We need to meet at least six (6) months prior to the wedding date to draw up an ideal budget, work on your wedding theme (if necessary), help prepare church documents, present options of suppliers, to book as well as deliver payments to suppliers, schedule make up trials, food tasting and accompany you to discuss further with suppliers regarding the whole concept. We will update you on the progress through meetings, e-mail and/or phone conversations. Plus all the items enumerated in the On-The-Day Wedding Coordination Package.

Half way/Semi Coordination Package
